Job summary

Pinch Med, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Arizona for a 1099 contractor role to grow a home-based aesthetics practice. You will deliver treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials, with the freedom to set your own schedule and client base.

New and experienced injectors are welcome; comprehensive trainings are provided, including live tox training and virtual sessions, plus marketing support and malpractice coverage.”

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Attend required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Complete comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.

• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network.
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Keep accurate and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support.
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business.

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this but you're welcome to join.

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Arizona
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest ingrowing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
