Job summary

The role involves developing lay-up setups, assembling and bonding composite parts, and supporting high-precision manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in composites fabrication and/or related work.
• Experience interpreting blueprints, sketches, and instructions in English.
• Willingness to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Develops lay-up and assembly set-ups for composite fabrication.
• Sets up and troubleshoots composite parts for assembly or layup.
• Assembles and bonds composite parts per engineering specifications.
• Fabricates detail parts using prepregs and/or wet layup processes.
• Positions and bonds components, applies adhesives, and ensures conformance.
• Prepares tooling and release agents per specifications.
