Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Clinic in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessments, collaborative practice, and ensuring patients are optimized for upcoming surgical procedures.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and no routine call requirements.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed to practice in Texas
• Acute Care certification required where applicable
• Minimum of two years of APP experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills

Texas Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Clinic at Texas Health Hospital Plano in Plano, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys comprehensive patient assessments, collaborative practice, and helping ensure patients are optimized and ready for surgical procedures.

Position Highlights
