Qualifications

• Texas licensed Nurse Practitioner with current licensure.
• Acute Care certification required where applicable.
• Minimum of two years APP experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments for pre-admission testing.

Texas Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Clinic at Texas Health Hospital Plano in Plano, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys comprehensive patient assessments, collaborative practice, and helping ensure patients are optimized and ready for surgical procedures.

Position Highlights

• Full-time employed position




• Monday-Friday schedule




• Day shifts, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM




• No routine call requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Texas
