Texas Health Hospital Plano in Plano, TX, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Clinic. The role centers on comprehensive patient assessments and collaborative practice to ensure patients are optimized and ready for surgical procedures.

The position offers a full-time, day-shift schedule, Monday–Friday, with no routine call requirements and the chance to expand inpatient expertise within a premier health system.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed to practice in Texas.
• Acute Care certification required where applicable.
• Minimum of two years of APP experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys comprehensive patient assessments, collaborative practice, and helping ensure patients are optimized and ready for surgical procedures.

Position Highlights
