Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC in Maryland invites applications for a Vibrant Living Assistant to help plan and run activities that engage residents across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional dimensions.

You will support residents’ participation, organize events, assist with the Volunteer program, and may drive the company vehicle for events. A friendly, energetic personality is essential.

At Brightview Senior Living, the Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping our residents live an active, vibrant life!

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional activities and programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.


• Participate in activities. Residents love games, lectures, poetry, painting and we need someone to help organize and run these events!


• Assist with the management of our Volunteer program.


• Those 21 years of age or older may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.


• Provide training for our Vibrant Living Assistants.

Salary range

USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.

Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
