Location: Independence, OH (44131)

Position Summary: ALL Crane Service, LLC is seeking an experienced metal Welder & Fabricator. The position requires GMAW and SMAW experience. It is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits.

Essential Functions:

• Read blueprints and drawings, take or read measurements to layout
• Set up components to be welded based on requirements
• Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters, shears, and other welding tools
• Read a tape measure
• Weld components using GMAW and SMAW processes
• Maintain safety compliance and adhere to regulations
• Operate telescopic and standard forklifts (training provided)
• Operate overhead cranes (training provided)

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with SMAW and GMAW welding principles
• 5-6 years of welding experience
• Experience with Stick and MIG welding
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently
• Positive communication skills and teamwork
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Ability to work in conditions with temperature and humidity changes
• Exposure to dust, fumes, and gases
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Manufacturer’s training is part of this role. Candidates must be willing to learn new techniques, follow evolving safety guidelines, and stay certified in various areas.
