Experience Welder & Fabricator

ALL Crane Service, LLC

Location: Independence, OH (44131)

Position Summary

ALL Crane Service, LLC is seeking an experienced metal Welder & Fabricator. The position requires GMAW and SMAW experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits.

Essential Functions

1. Read blueprints and drawings, and take or read measurements to layout.
2. Set up components to be welded based on requirements.
3. Operate grinders, torches, plasma cutters, shears, and other welding-related tools.
4. Read tape measurements accurately.
5. Weld components utilizing GMAW and SMAW processes.
6. Maintain safety conformity and adhere to regulations.
7. Operate telescopic and regular forklifts (training provided).
8. Operate overhead cranes (training provided).

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with SMAW and GMAW welding principles.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Stick and MIG welding.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive communication skills and team interaction.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
• Ability to work in conditions with temperature and humidity changes.
• Ability to withstand exposure to dust, fumes, and gases.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Manufacturer’s training will be provided. Applicant must be willing to learn new techniques, follow evolving safety guidelines, and stay certified in various areas of the field.
