You’ll work within the Services Commercial group, focusing on subscriber growth, retention, and engagement, while guiding multi-team initiatives and testing methodologies that improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles optimizing a customer’s digital experience.
• Experience with digital products and channels (web, apps, emails).
• Experience with personalization tech and customer journey mapping.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with Product & Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead Personalization Strategy for PlayStation Plus on Console & App.
• Own lifecycle experiences and optimize member journeys across lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to plan personalization experiments.
• Represent the Experience team with cross-functional stakeholders.
