Job summary

Aero is seeking an Experience Specialist to join our New York team. As a Host, you will be the face of Aero in our TEB and HPN lounges, delivering warm, thoughtful hospitality that makes every guest feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities include greeting VIP guests, resolving issues for a seamless journey, and representing the Aero brand with professionalism in uniform to guests, partners, and airport personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred (private aviation or luxury hospitality).
• Excellent communication skills and professional poise required.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Serve as the on-the-ground Aero ambassador at TEB and HPN lounges.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Aero is looking for an Experience Specialist to join our New York team.

As a Host, you will be the face of Aero in our TEB and HPN lounges, delivering warm, thoughtful hospitality that makes every guest feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as an on-the-ground representative for Aero, providing a consistent, premium presence for arriving and departing flights.
• Greet and assist VIP guests throughout the arrival and departure experience, proactively resolving any issues to ensure a seamless journey.
• Represent the Aero brand with professionalism and poise in uniform, acting as an ambassador to guests, partners, and airport personnel.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working in guest-facing roles (private aviation or luxury hospitality preferred)
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role: working on your feet for at least 8 hours; walking at a fast pace; moving, pulling, carrying, or lift at least 50 lbs; occasionally kneeling, bending, carrying, and assisting around the aircraft
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work a schedule that includes early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to commute to TEB airport and HPN airport in 60 minutes.
• Must have a form of transportation.
