Job summary

Montage International in Bluffton, AL is seeking Experience Planners to translate guests' hopes into memorable vacations. You’ll describe the resort, connect with guests to understand their desires, and tailor experiences before guests arrive.

In a fast-paced resort environment, you will manage activity and dining requests, communicate clearly by phone and email, log guest requests, and follow up to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sales background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must possess a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to participate in a learning environment.
• Must integrate company values throughout all interactions.
• Must be able to quickly and effectively adapt to using new software products.
• Must be dependable and available to work within the hotel on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.

Experience Planners are the dream-weavers. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. This position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
