It includes leadership responsibilities, overseeing services, and ensuring a smooth customer and pet parent experience in-store, with focus on events, adoptions, and merchandise promotions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability required, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate experience and development; mentor and coach for growth.
• Oversee daily tasks, store operations, and POS activities.
• Support Services businesses as needed; supervise during Leader on Duty periods.
• Promote pet adoptions, events, and store campaigns; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in opening/closing procedures.
