Job description

The Experience Guide Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the leadership and mentoring of the Experience Guide team and the seamless operations of the facility. Acts as management on duty in absence of other management. Includes same responsibilities as Experience Guide job summary, while leading by example. Guiding the team in goal setting and tracking, optimizing schedules and guest experience and recovery.As a member of the leadership team, this role also includes people management responsibilities such as coaching, providing feedback, and supporting team performance and development. This position may involve additional duties as necessary to maintain operational efficiency and security.

Responsibilities

  • Be an inspiration and ambassador of professionalism representing The NOW brand.
  • Lead by example in the areas of sales and guest service.
  • Represent leadership in their absence in handling internal and external guest service complaints and/or concerns.
  • Maintain excellent attendance.
  • Safeguarding guest financial data
  • Assist in training all new Experience Guides
  • Be accountable for transactional corrections and follow up as requested by Manager.
  • Act in a leadership capacity and assist the Management in all facility needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the Experience Guides and Leadership team.
  • Assist Leadership in providing coverage of Experience Guide shifts due to illness, etc.
  • Attend and assist with all necessary staff training sessions and meetings.
  • Share suggestions, voice challenges or any specific concerns to the Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team during regular meetings regarding any improvements.
  • This position reports to the General Manager or acting Management of the location.

Expected Work Hours:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Pay Range: $23.00/hour.
  • Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K, paid time off, and holidays.
