Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management or operations within a design or creative environment.
• Familiar with design processes and the role of design within a product organization.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the roadmap and project visibility for specific XD squads.
• Use established mechanisms to track progress and foster collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate routine team meetings with cross-functional partners.
