Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Experience Design Manager to lead end-to-end UX design for a product area, while developing a team of designers. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering to craft intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with business goals and technical needs, while fostering strong design practices and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products; B2B, SaaS, or security experience preferred.
• Experience managing teams of at least 5 people.
• Strong expertise in UX design, research, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Ability to independently own product areas and make strategic design decisions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Figma, UserTesting, Miro, FigJam, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Amplitude is a nice to have.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence Product and Engineering partners.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and business impact.
