Job summary

Brunswick Corporation’s Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is offering a student internship within the Customer Experience team. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to design thinking, analytics, and content creation for internal platforms while supporting cross-functional experience initiatives.

The role is ideal for students pursuing business, marketing, communications, or related fields with a strong interest in customer experience and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Sophomore year with at least 48 credits completed.
• Available to work full-time (40+ hrs/week) May–Aug 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support experience design projects by gathering information, documenting processes, and assisting with deliverables.
• Assist in design thinking workshops and journey mapping activities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain communication materials, job aids, and project docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer, dealer, technician, and employee experiences.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagements.
