Mercury Marine, a Brunswick Corporation subsidiary in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, invites students to join the Experience Management team as an Intern. This hands-on internship covers experience design, research, communications, analytics, training programs, and digital initiatives within our dealer, consumer, technician, and internal stakeholder ecosystems.

You will work with the Experience Management team on research, workshops, facilitation, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration related field.
• Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits.
• Availability to work full-time (40+ hours per week) during the months May through August of 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support experience design projects by gathering information, documenting processes, and assisting with project deliverables.
• Participate in design thinking workshops and experience mapping activities.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for experience improvements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of communication materials, presentations, job aids, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer, dealer, technician, and employee experience initiatives.
• Help coordinate meetings, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagements, including scheduling, note-taking, and action item tracking.
• Conduct research on customer experience best practices, industry trends, and emerging solutions.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and visual representations to communicate project findings and recommendations.
• Support change management and communication activities associated with experience improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
