Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position within the firearms industry preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with completing and processing ATF 4473 and 3310.12 forms.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in firearms handling and SIG product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the SIG Experience Center compliance team, customer service & sales associates.
• Train on POS & 4473 processes and create schedules.
• Recruit, select, and hire employees to meet business trends.
