Kforce has a client seeking a Human-Centered Design (HCD) Experience Architect in Juno Beach, FL. The role emphasizes user research, personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to guide product direction.

Responsibilities include conducting usability testing, synthesizing insights, and collaborating with business partners and engineers to realize the intended user experience. AI-enabled tools may be explored to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, HCI, Digital Strategy, Business, or equivalent
5+ years in UX, digital strategy, product design, or human-centered research
Grounding in Human-Centered Design principles and research methods
Experience supporting strategic initiatives and hands-on delivery
Ability to work in cross-functional, delivery-oriented teams

Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing user research to inform experience priorities
Develop personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks
Support experience roadmaps by linking user insight to business value
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on vision and success measures
Plan usability tests, design reviews, and feedback sessions
Synthesize research into actionable recommendations
Identify root causes of experience challenges and propose solutions
Contribute to discovery and research activities for short and long term planning
Translate insights into actionable artifacts and guidance
