Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an Experience and Engagement Specialist Senior to own physician onboarding for the Medical Group and to manage the offer and contract process. You will communicate with physicians with outstanding customer service and coordinate between Medical Group leadership, Professional Staff Office, and Physician Contracts teams.

The role emphasizes following established workflows, delivering an exceptional new hire experience, and building strong partnerships with Medical Group

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Admin, HR, Health Care Admin, IO psychology or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
• Experience with HRMS and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build partnerships with physicians and admin leaders
• Independent yet collaborative team player
• Strong multitasking with changing deadlines
• Comfort with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Own and execute physician onboarding for Medical Group and physician contracts

Hourly Pay Range $28.47 - $42.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Experience and Engagement Specialist Senior
• Location: Skokie, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours
• Travel: Travel to other Endeavor Health locations (Naperville) may be required

What You Will Do

• Own and execute physician onboarding function for all new Medical Group and resource physicians with minimal oversight. Key accountabilities include
• Communicate with new physicians with high customer service and empathic communications
• Execute offer and contract process, serve as the partner between Medical Group leadership, Professional Staff Office and Physician Contracts team
• Follow established workflows to deliver an exceptional new hire experience; identify or modify processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the program
• Establish collaborative partnerships with Medical Group leaders; demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills to ensure policies are followed without compromising candidate experience or engagement

What You Will Need

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
• Experience: Strong computer skills, to include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
• Experience: Experience using HR management systems and applicant tracking systems
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal skills that enable the ability to build partnerships with physicians, administrative leaders and external vendors
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Able to work independently, take direction and also work as a team player
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Collaborative approach to completing work assignments and asking for assistance to accomplish priorities
