Bussing, running food, assisting with wait staff and barback duties as directed. The expeditor coordinates communication between the kitchen and servers, ensuring a seamless and superior guest experience.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promotes superior guest service.* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.* Set up and maintain the expedition side of the line.* Set up and maintain server station drink receptacles including filling ice.* Maintain stock of all NA beverage and paper goods.* Bring up requisitions from the cage and warehouse and put items away to ensure organization.* Take direction from servers and bartenders to assist in table maintenance.* Communicate between the kitchen and the service staff to ensure quality and accuracy of orders.* Know restaurant seat table and seat numbers no matter the configuration of tables.* Clear, reset, and arrange tables as required.* Ensure all sanitation and food safety practices are being followed by the FOH including but not limited to refreshing sanitizer buckets and practicing proper cleaning methods.* Possess intimate knowledge off all food offerings to ensure consistency in product.* Run food following proper service methods.* Prepare left-over food for takeout as needed.* Complete side duties as required including, but not limited to, polishing silverware, restaurant set up, and filling of condiments.* Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD**).*** Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* Valid Food Handler’s card (onsite certification provided).* Must be able to stand and move quickly for an 8-10-hour shift.* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.**Work Shift:****Wages:**This role offers a starting wage of $17.13 per hour.
