P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for Expeditor or Expo positions in Annapolis, Maryland. This role supports takeout and dine-in service by coordinating orders, ensuring timely delivery, and assisting dining room staff to meet guest expectations.

Applicants should be 18+, have restaurant experience if possible, and hold a Food Handler’s Card where required. Flexibility for various shifts and the ability to stand for long periods are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed
