P.F. Chang’s in Rochester, MN is hiring Expeditor or Expo roles, full-time or part-time, for a fast-paced takeout and dine-in service.

The position focuses on delivering craveable food and coordinating orders to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing ticket times, coordinating with management to exceed guest expectations, sending accurate orders to tables, and performing routine checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
