Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking an Expeditor to ensure craveable food for Guests in takeout and dine-in settings. You will manage ticket times, coordinate visits with a manager, and send accurate orders to tables.

The role requires strong multitasking, clear communication, and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced team environment. Flexible shifts and internal advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and perform side work for each shift.
• Must speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests.
• Strong English language skills and customer service etiquette.

Job Summary

An Expeditor or Expo ensures craveable food for every Guest supporting the takeout and dine in business.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.
