Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking an Expeditor/Expo to ensure craveable food for every Guest, supporting takeout and dine-in service.

You will manage ticket times, coordinate with managers to exceed guest expectations, and send accurate orders to tables. Must be 18+, with restaurant experience preferred and multitasking ability in a busy shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Learn and conduct side work required for each shift.

Job Summary

An Expeditor or Expo ensures craveable food for every Guest supporting the takeout and dine in business.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.
