Position: Expeditor

Texas Roadhouse is looking for an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a keen sense of quality food. Responsibilities include:

1. Complying with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
2. Maintaining station cleanliness throughout the shift.
3. Understanding and properly executing prep sheets and recipes.
4. Validating food quality and confirming order accuracy.
5. Monitoring product levels during the shift and communicating needs.
6. Adhering to First-In, First-Out standards and understanding product rotation.
7. Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation standards throughout the shift.
8. Communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
9. Exhibiting teamwork.
