Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC is hiring for our brand-new White Plains kitchen in Armonk, NY. This full-time manual labor role supports a state-of-the-art kitchen tied to private aviation catering.

Training will occur at our Teterboro facility in Carlstadt, NJ before the White Plains site opens in November 2026. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401k with employer matching, generous vacation, and multiple voluntary protections.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or kitchen operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders, pull and pack orders, ensure quality and labeling.
• Directly serve Air Culinaire customers and obtain feedback.
• On-site problem solver, resolve customer issues per guidelines.
• May pick up supplies and perform routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist in the kitchen during busy times.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and nights.

Responsibilities and Associated Duties:

• Responsible for prioritizing orders, pulling and packing orders, quality assurance, order completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and the overall compliance with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in the process of directly serving the Air Culinaire customers and obtaining feedback regarding products and services.
• On-site problem solver when situations require immediate action, will follow company guidelines to resolve customer issues.
• Responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed in the course of business and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting in the Kitchen during busy times.
• A flexible schedule is a Must!! May be required to work extended shifts to include, holidays, weekends, and nights.
