• Performs medical logistics, modernization, and risk‑management analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree + 4 years relevant experience (DoD/Navy modernization, medical logistics, risk management) OR Associate’s degree + 6 years relevant experience.
• 5 years in related fields (IR, IB, Global Studies, Intl Law).
• SECRET clearance required.

Required Specialized Experience:

• Military medical supply/equipment operations.
• Expeditionary medicine operational logistics.
