Job summary

The Little Nell Aspen is seeking an Expediter for Winter 2026-27. You will coordinate order flow from kitchen to dining room, ensuring correct preparation, timing, and table delivery. This role serves as the bridge between kitchen and servers and reports to the Chef de Cuisine.

Responsibilities include maintaining timely service, prioritizing orders, assisting with final dish prep, quality checks, and supporting a clean, organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One-year related experience required.
• Knowledge of quality and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely service by ensuring smooth flow of orders from kitchen to servers.
• Ensure orders have correct priority for timely delivery.
• Assist in final preparation of dishes before service.
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation and temperature before delivery.
• Deliver orders to maintain fast service to guests.
• Inspect premises for quality and sanitation; assist in cleaning.
• Organize kitchen items, dry goods, equipment, storage containers and cleaning supplies.
