Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC-Memphis is seeking a full-time Store Associate to sort, price, tag, pack and distribute donated items for shipment to Family Stores in Memphis, TN. You will help unload and process donations in line with policies and regulations.

Preferred candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED and have experience in warehouse or retail settings handling merchandise and furniture. This role reports to the Store Supervisor and supports store operations on a day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or retail setting sorting and pricing merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, prices, tags, packs, and distributes donated items for shipment to the Family Stores; ensures all donated items are unloaded and processed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Serves as a liaison to the Store Supervisor and helps ensure the stores receive needed merchandise.
