You will monitor inventory, place and track orders with suppliers, resolve issues, and coordinate with procurement, production, and warehousing to prevent delays. This role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy, and adherence to company standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Monitor inventory levels, track incoming orders, and ensure materials are delivered on time to meet production or project schedules


• Contact suppliers, place orders, verify shipments, and resolve supply, quality, or invoicing issues


• Review production schedules, assign materials and staff, and expedite materials to prevent delays


• Maintain records of deliveries, generate progress reports, and report on shortages, substitutions, or schedule modifications


• Verify incoming materials against specifications, inspect for damage, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
