Job summary

Pollo Campero in Chicago is seeking an Expediter, Front of House Team Member, to act as a liaison between FOH and BOH and ensure orders are fulfilled with care and speed while maintaining high standards for an unforgettable guest experience.

The role involves assembling go-to and dine-in orders, ensuring accuracy, presenting food attractively, and packaging online or catering orders, all while upholding sanitation and safety standards in all food prep areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Must be able to read in English.
