Job summary

Pollo Campero in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an Expediter/Front of House Team Member. The role partners between FOH and BOH to fulfill orders with care, speed, and accuracy to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. Responsibilities include assembling orders for dine-in and to-go, ensuring accuracy and presentation, and packaging online and catering orders.

Qualifications

The Expediter, Front of House Team Member's, is an energetic team player and liaison between the FOH and BOH, His/her responsibility is to fulfill order with care in a timely, precise manner and with the highest standards to provide an unforgettable experience for our guest.

Responsibilities

• Putting food orders together for to go and dine in orders
• Ensuring food accuracy, having great attention to details
• Making sure food presentation is to satisfaction
• Packaging online and/or catering orders
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures

• Must be 18 years of age or older
