Job summary

Zeus Industrial Products seeks an Expansion Operator to expand, cut, inspect, bag and tag tubing. You will spool input onto heat shrink spools, coil input, and prepare orders for shipping while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include operating heat shrink equipment, applying labels, and keeping clean, organized records. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform visual inspection for cosmetic defects and color differentiation.
• Willingness to use safety equipment and follow safety rules.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Able to follow written instructions and record data clearly.
• Experience with basic math is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Expand, cut, inspect, bag, and tag tubing.
• Spool input onto heat shrink spools and coiling of input.
• Clamp, tape, cut, inspect, bag and label orders for shipping.
• Prepare heat shrink dies in oven and operate equipment to spec.
• Keep accurate paperwork and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
