Tether is seeking a highly driven Expansion Manager to lead growth in Côte d’Ivoire and across Francophone Africa. You will identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and navigate regulatory landscapes, collaborating with internal teams on go‑to‑market plans.

Travel locally and internationally will be required. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in cross‑border payments or fintech, fluent in English and French, with an MBA or equivalent degree.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in cross-border settlements, mobile money, or payment infrastructures.
• Fluent in English and French (business) with strong communication skills.
• Experience with banks, fintechs, regulators, and government engagements.
• Wamiliarity with WAEMU or Francophone African markets preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Côte d’Ivoire and Francophone Africa.
• Build and manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, and large corporates.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies for USDt integration.
• Monitor regulatory changes and represent the company at industry events.
