The EIT1 will work with a team to review data, adjust instruction, and ensure increased learning outcomes for every child, under principal direction and in alignment with Board policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of prior teaching experience with at least 1 year of high-progress student outcomes in relevant subjects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction aligned to the School Improvement Plan.
• Review student progress and adjust instruction to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student achievement.
