Job summary

Esd113 is seeking an Expanded Impact Teacher 2 (EIT2) for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in Charlotte, NC. This role expands reach, plans and delivers instruction, and collaborates with a team to improve student outcomes under a principal's direction.

You will design and monitor student progress, using data to tailor instruction, lead initiatives, and support a culture of high expectations and professional growth within the school community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NC Professional Educator's License in subject area required.
• Experience in a teaching role in CMS preferred.
• Ability to lead instructional planning and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with a team of teachers and staff to review progress and adjust instruction.
• Design and lead schoolwide initiatives and participate in professional development.
• Incorporate data to tailor instruction and interventions for multiple classrooms.
• Maintain regular communication with families and partners.
