• Experience in chairside assisting and restorative procedures.
• Certification in radiography required or equivalent credentials.
• ADA-accredited program completing coursework in dental radiography and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Restores teeth after preparation has been accomplished.
• Provides chairside assisting and anticipates dentist's needs for instruments and materials.
• Performs intra-oral procedures such as prophylaxis, sealants, temporary fillings, and cements crowns.
• Performs radiological procedures and related dental laboratory tasks: pours models, trims, and mounts casts.
• Receives and prepares patients for treatments and maintains appointment and treatment records.
