Premier Community HealthCare Grp. is seeking an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA I) for a PRN role in Spring Hill, FL.

The EFDA will provide advanced chairside support, prepare rooms and instruments, take radiographs, and educate patients on oral health while maintaining HIPAA compliance and infection control standards. The ideal candidate holds a Florida EFDA certification, ADA-accredited program graduate, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Florida EFDA certification required.
• Graduate of ADA-accredited Dental Assisting Program.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Epic certification and annual compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced chairside assistance during restorative, prosthetic, and oral surgery procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment according to clinical standards.
• Assist with impressions, evacuation, tissue retraction, and other expanded functions.
• Take dental radiographs and digital scans following safety protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
