Qualifications

• Active Florida Radiology License (Required).

• Dentrix or similar dental software (Preferred).
• Coronal Polishing Certification (Encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and escort to operatory; review required docs.
• Assist doctor during procedures with efficiency and professionalism.
• Anticipate provider needs and maintain smooth clinical flow.
• Chart notes in real time during treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
• Perform expanded EFDA duties including restorations, sealants, coronal polishing (if certified), topical anesthetics, and radiographs.
• Stock and prepare operatories; enforce CDC/OSHA infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Maintain scheduling awareness and support efficient patient flow; assist with follow-ups.
• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and admin staff; participate in meetings and training.
