Job summary

Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a skilled EFDA to join our pediatric team in Murfreesboro, TN. You will assist with restorations, extractions, and root canals, take X-rays, and educate patients and families on oral hygiene to ensure a healthy, comfortable visit.

We offer $31–$33 per hour (based on experience), a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, and strong benefits including medical/vision, dental with no premium, a 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and education

Qualifications

• TN EFDA licensure required.
• Desire to work in a pediatric setting.
• CPR certification required.
• Radiology certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
• Perform expanded functions including restorations, extractions, and root canals.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care.

Pay: $31-$33, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:45 am-5:00 pm; Friday 7:45 am-1:00 pm
