Keystone Health is seeking a full-time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team. Work hours are Monday and Wednesday 7:15–16:30, Tuesday 7:15–18:00, Thursday 7:15–17:00 and Friday 7:15–12:00. The role supports a mission to provide patient-centered oral health care with a focus on prevention.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist and hygienist chairside.
• Perform reception duties.
• Manage inventory.
• Maintain patient records.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Capture radiographs.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene.
• Maintain tidy treatment areas.
• Assist the dental team in expediting patient care whenever possible.

Education & Experience

High‑school graduate or GED required. Two years’ experience as an expanded‑function dental assistant is desired. Willingness to learn, expand abilities, and grow with the facility is essential.

Licenses & Certifications

• Certification in Dental Radiology in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current Pennsylvania Expanded Functions License.
• Current CPR certification.
