Heartland Dental supported office in Hendersonville is seeking an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join the clinical team. You will support the dentist, take and develop X-rays, manage supplies, and ensure patient comfort while upholding OSHA and safety policies.

The role offers extensive training, opportunities for professional growth, and a benefits package within a supportive network of Heartland Dental offices across the country.

Qualificações

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent patient care skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Superior working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Ability to travel at least every other month for training
• Dental assisting school certificate is a plus
• Previous work experience in a dental practice is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Take and record medical and dental histories and patient vitalsigns
• Assisting the dentist in managing dental emergencies
• Improve your clinical skills through continuing education and training opportunities offered by Heartland Dental
• Organize and maintain lab equipment, take and develop X-rays and provide post-operative dental procedures
