Cody Dental Group in Denver is actively hiring an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) for a full-time Tue-Fri schedule, with the option to pick up extra hours on Mondays. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ($25-$32) and monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.

We are a large, established family dental practice serving the Denver community for over 75 years, with a fast-paced environment and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of EDDA experience.
• Dental Assistant and EDDA certifications preferred.
• Active CPR or willing to obtain.
• X-ray Certification required.

Responsibilities

• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory.
• Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations.
• Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry.
• Place fillings, pack cord and seat temporary crowns.
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies.

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday 7:45am-5:15pm
• Monday Optional 7:45am-5:15pm

Compensation: $25-$32/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
