Children's Dentistry of Cherry Creek in Glendale, CO is seeking an enthusiastic Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA/EFDA) to join our pediatric team. This full-time role offers a 32-hour workweek and a four-day schedule, with early morning hours and Mondays/Fridays off rotation.

The successful candidate will assist doctors with pediatric procedures, perform expanded-duty functions, keep treatment rooms prepared, and educate parents on oral care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of expanded-duty dental assisting experience.
• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, compassionate, and patient.

We are a well-established, multi-generational pediatric dental practice that has proudly served families in the Denver community for over 26 years! Many of our patients have grown up with us and now bring their own children to our office. We take pride in the relationships we've built and the welcoming environment we've created.

Our office is fun, energetic, and truly team-oriented. We believe in working hard, supporting one another, sharing plenty of laughs, and making every patient's visit a positive experience. We genuinely love our patients, and we're looking for someone who shares that same passion!

• Full-time position with a 32-hour workweek
• Office hours: 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM
• Four-day workweek! We alternate having Mondays and Fridays off, giving our team regular three-day weekends.
• During our busier seasons, if we operate five days in a week, the additional day is only a half-day.

Pediatric dental experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist our doctors with pediatric dental procedures
• Perform expanded-duty functions within the scope of your training and Colorado regulations
• Help children feel comfortable, safe, and confident during their visits
• Educate patients and parents on dental care and oral hygiene
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared treatment rooms
• Work collaboratively with our doctors and team to provide exceptional patient care
