Job summary

Greeley Dental Health is seeking an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our team full-time, Monday-Thursday, in Greeley, CO. The role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule from 8am to 5pm with an arrival time of 7:45am.

compensation ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities based on performance and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401k match, disability coverages and life insurance.

Qualifications

• One or more years of hands-on Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a dental assistant in a general practice.
• Active CPR certification or willing to obtain.
• X-Ray Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review and update patient health histories.
• Set up instruments, equipment and supplies for each operatory.
• Sterilize instruments per OSHA regulations.
• Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry.
• Place fillings, fabricate temp crowns, pack cord and seat temp crowns.
• Provide post-operative care instructions.
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
