Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Danvers, MA, is seeking a Quality Inspector I to perform basic inspections and sorting of incoming materials and parts. You will support Operations, document results, and maintain test records with accuracy.

The role requires a High School diploma, familiarity with inspection gauges and microscopes, and adherence to SOPs/ISO/GMP. On-site position with strong attention to detail and timely task execution.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 1 year or less in a manufacturing environment - Medical device experience a plus.
• Ability to use inspection gages and microscopes
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and inspection procedures
• Basic knowledge in math
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner under general supervision
• Computer literacy required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Knowledge in ISO and GMP.
• US FDA 21 CFR QSR and ISO 13485 a plus

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $38,500.00 - $61,985.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
