Qualifications

• MS in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years in design, optimization, scale-up or troubleshooting of purification processes.
• Hands-on filtration experience (depth, UF/TF, etc.).
• Strong experience with AKTA systems and Unicorn software.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, high-yielding purification processes for particle production.
• Design and manage experiments independently and document results.
• Support downstream development across clarification, chromatography, and TFF.
• Prepare technical reports with interpretations and recommendations.
• Lead tech transfer and risk assessments aligned with milestones.
