Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administration of day-to-day operations across the venue.
• Manage sales and inventory through POS; supervise transactions and upsell.
• Oversee product displays and merchandising.
• Queue management for safety and guest experience.
• Staff development including hiring, training, and guest service execution.
• Payroll and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organizing of exhibits.
• Address guest service concerns and safety.
