Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. in Lanham, MD is seeking an Operations Manager (OPM) to plan, coordinate, and execute exhibition and event projects, both in the office and on-site.

You will lead installation and dismantle operations, ensure safe, on-budget delivery, and guide on-site teams through complex projects for clients and stakeholders. This role requires at least 5 years of on-site management experience in exhibits or trade shows, strong customer service, budget oversight, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5 years of on-site management experience in Exhibits, events and trade shows.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across many levels of management, including the executive leadership
• Budget monitoring and management
• Fluent English, strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 60%

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and align objectives.
• Oversee pre-show planning, budgeting, inventory, equipment, and staffing.
• Coordinate installation, transportation, and dismantle activities.
• Direct on-site operations and manage safety and quality.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and support continuous improvement.
